This house is awesome with spectacular views overlooking the River. It has 2 large decks overlooking the river.
The house was just recently remodeled with all new furnishings. All of the furniture is completely new with modern finishes. It is very large and spacious with open beam – vaulted ceilings. It is over 2000 sqft and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are 2 separate living areas.
The Yosemite River home is conveniently close to everything, although away from everything just enough to enjoy some Peace and quiet, spectacular views, and fresh air. The spacious balcony deck will be your source of relaxation under the stars after a long day of wonderful adventures in the local area and park.
Amenities include central heat/AC, 2 – 55″ TVs and DVD player, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, unlimited free WIFI, washer and dryer, board games.
Bedding, towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, and iron are all provided.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the comforts of home: dishes, mugs, pots, pans, a coffee maker and much more!
We took our time to put together something special in the property that even though your in natures elements, you can feel safe, clean, comfortable and cozy in a newly remodeled property on the River. We put all new Furnishings from the couches, chairs, tables, beds, everything. It is something amazing and absolutely beautiful

The place is truly amazing! Its location is wonderful and the house offers everything you can imagine. We had an absolute amazing time here and will definitely be back sometime when we want to visit Yosemite again!!
